Quickoo

From paper reports and WhatsApp threads to one system.
Field-service companies run on jobs, technicians and reports, usually held together by paper, phone calls and group chats. Quickoo puts the whole job, from request to signed PDF, in one place.

One electrical contractor, twenty people, and a lot of paper.
Quickoo began as a requirements session with an electrical contractor of about twenty people. Job requests reached the office by email, WhatsApp and phone. Much of the planning lived in people’s heads.
Technicians wrote their reports on paper, sometimes at the end of the day and sometimes days later. The office retyped them before invoicing. A part that needed ordering was mentioned in passing and forgotten until the job stopped.

Each side gets only what it needs.
The office gets an inbox for new requests, scheduling, and a queue of reports to approve. Technicians get a phone app that shows only today’s jobs, with addresses that open straight in Maps.
At the end of a job the technician records a short voice note. AI turns it into a structured report with hours, materials used, work done and parts to order. The customer signs on the screen, and a branded PDF is ready to send.

Configuration, not custom code.
Every company names its jobs, statuses and paperwork a little differently. Rather than fork the software for each customer, those are settings: workflow statuses, report fields and PDF templates are defined per company.
It runs as a web app on any phone, so there’s nothing to install from an app store, and reports can be filled in without signal on site and synced later.

One company’s wish list became a product.
The requirements from that first contractor became the backbone of Quickoo, now offered to Italian technical-service companies: electricians, plumbers and heating engineers.
It’s also a fair picture of how Diafonis works. We start from one real company, learn how it actually operates, and build the software around that.
